Milk at Night

hey mumies, my LG (2 yrs.5 months ) still drink her Nido at night, once she wake around 03:00 she call fot it "mama ndifuna ingxangxa" hw can i make her stop drinking it? coz as result i have to put her on a nappie at night. she dont drink it during the day and she dont put a nappie anymore during the day.

simple..... just dnt give it to her when she wants it.......she'll cry, bt eventually she'll get usd to it, these babies knws exactly how to control us.

remember hw difficult it was to wean P off breast? bt had to put my foot down and tell him NO, u're not getting any "Ncanca" and he's a happy chap now, no ncanca for him, and he sleeps rite thru. The time he was still BF he usd to wake up 2-3 times for his Booby, now he wakes up in the morning only.

Eish inzima ngempela le ye night feed Listo, Tumza was the same, she loved it to bits, aphuze about 3bottles ebusuku, aqede achame kube manzi yonke into, from linen to pj's. But the day enga decider ngayo, ukuthi akasaliphuzi, ngathi ngililahle ku bin, the time elifuna ebusuku, wakhala waze wazithulisa, ngilokhu ngithe alikho, ngamthembisa nenduku. until ajwayele ukuthi alisekho, likhona ngilifihle ekhabetheni. ngamshela nokuthi she's a big girl manje engasalidingi ibhodlela. Kugcina kulungile esejwayele ukuthi alikho.

ha Mawawa akukho lula, ngoba the time ekhala uyazela ufuna nokulala, uyamdabukela naye ukuthi uzwa ubuhlungu, ungaba tempted to give in, umnike lento ayifunayo, but kumele ube strong & put u foot down, but uzokhala shame angeke ngidlale ngawe.

yep bayakhala off course, bt its 2-3days then u'll be both happy after that, u just need to be strong and do it.

That's why kumele uvuke naye niye ekitchen uvule amakhabethe lapho lihalala khona abone ukuthi alikho. Mese uthi akalithathe yena if elibona. Uzosho kuqala ukuthi alikho mese uthi uyabonake asiyolala.

Mna uCeba uncela i S26 Gold 3 at around 5am, he sleeps through the night as well.

Mna I cannot do any teaching or discipline with his dad around. He just give in amnike le nto ayifunayo.

I have not had any problems with weaning him on anything, boob, dummy.
